Professional Indemnity Insurance protects you against allegations or claims of financial loss due to injury or damages that have resulted from a negligent act, error, omission, malpractice or breach of duty that has arisen out of professional practice.
Public Liability Insurance provides cover for bodily injury or property damage to a third party that occurs while conducting professional activities.
Products Liability Insurance covers an insured for actual or alleged bodily injury or property damage to a third party arising through use of a product sold, supplied, or manufactured by the insured.

If you currently hold a Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability policy with BMS, additional cover is available to you. This includes business insurance, entity insurance and cyber liability insurance.
Entity Insurance
Entity insurance covers your business name in the event it is named in an action due to injury, negligence, error, omission, malpractice, or breach of professional duty. Entity Insurance does not extend to cover employees for their actions while working within the business.
Business Insurance
Provides cover for various general elements of business risk—from property, stock and contents damage to business interruption and operations.
Cyber Liability Insurance
Provides cover for breaches of security or data, or network-related software, programming, and systems.
